Kabul Small Animal Rescue continues to make plans to evacuate with animals

As facts becomes muddled and as multiple rescue organizations claim to be raising more than a million dollars to transport the dogs and cats of Kabul Small Animal Rescue in Afghanistan out of the country, kindhearted people have been warned about sending donations to questionable organizations.
